HAVING TROUBLE LISTENING?

• How fast is your modem? If you're still on a 56K modem, then that is the absolute fastest connection you can attain. This site is designed to be able to be listened to if you have a slower modem, but phone line conditions may well cause some pauses and burps. Folks with broadband connections should have no problem.
• Do you have the latest version of Windows Media Player? Most PCs will try to use Windows Media Player to play streaming MP3 audio. If you're not sure whether you have the latest version, you can look under Windows Media Player's Help menu. There's a selection there: "Check for Player Upgrades". You may need to download an update. You can also use the Windows Update feature under your Start menu. (We have also noticed that, sometimes, Windows Media Player seems to conflict with other software or become misconfigured for some reason, resulting in a number of errors. You might want to try uninstalling Windows Media Player and reinstalling it.) Download the latest version of Windows Media Player here.
• If your system is set to use RealPlayer, Winamp or any of the other MP3 players that are popular these days, check to make sure you have the latest version of these as well.
